SOOTHING EXFOLIANT FOOT SOAK

I AM ON MY FEET ALL DAY, ALL WEEK . BY THE END OF THE WEEK I DON'T EVEN FEEL LIKE WALKING. I HAVE CREATED A FOOT SOAK THAT ABSOLUTELY REJUVENATES MY TIRED ACHING FEET.
YOU WILL NEED:
1) 1 CUP PLAIN OATMEAL
2) 1/2 CUP EPSOM SALT
3) 1 CUCUMBER CREAMED IN BLENDER (COLD)
4) 1/2 CUP PLAIN YOGURT

FILL A PAN OR LONG BUCKET OF SOME SORT (I USE A FOOT BATH BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE ITS OK) WITH HOT WATER

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND STIR WELL POUR INTO POT
SOAK FEET FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES, RUB THEM TOGETHER GENTLY WHILE SOAKING FOR A GOOD EXFOLIANT. THIS IS A LITTLE MESSY BUT FEELS GREAT. TOWEL OFF THE MESS, THEN RINSE IN COOL WATER.
